Hello
I have a problem after i have converted the video form XVID to VCD or SVCD.( also it's the same with AVI and DivX )
The video is sticky every 5/10 seconds?
Took out the sound with VDub to wav set at 44100Hz ( the sound is fine)..
TMPEGnc setting's ::Video-CD PAL (MPEG-1 352x288 25fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)
The frame rate of the XVID: Aspect 640 x 272 (2.353 : 1)
Bitrate 926 kb/s
Frames/Sec 25.000 FPS
Thanks for any help![]()

Ah, thank you. But, is there any other ways to edit/fix bad frames other than masking? For example, I have several anime .avi files with bad frames due to missing corrupted transfers, i.e., random blocks during scenes in the video. Is there a way to go in and "brush" the blocks away, or manually "photoshop" it out or something along those lines?
I would imagine something like Adobe Premiere or Sonic Foundry Vegas could perhaps help, but are there any simpler ways, any freeware methods, any tutorials/threads to recommend?
Thanks in advance.
