    How can I transfer a 2 CD (S)VCD to 1 DVD-R?
    I got TMPGenc and Nero.

    you dont have to reconvert the video if you use any of these methods:
    https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?tools=&madeby=&formatconversionselect=VCD+to+DVD&os...&search=Search

    But SVCD on DVD is not 100% dvd compatible so if you like you can convert to standard DVD
