Tmpgenc closes for no reason

I set up a list for batch encode then I hit run and let it run overnight.
Sometimes the batch encoding work.
A lot of time it would encode 1 file, finish encoding that 1 file completely, then Tmpgenc is closed automatically without any error message.

Anyone know what gives?
I need the batch encode to move on from one file to the next without shutting down after finishing 1 file.

I'm converting from avi to vcd with my winxp.

Have you tried reinstalling ?
