I have a Divx file that I want to convert to an svcd so thaat I can play it on my stand alone DVD player. When I check the file info for this divx it says the framerate is 25 FPS.
I want to have it play on an ntsc system.(am in North America) When I encode within TMPGenc should I select the NTSC option or the PAL option? If I encode using the NTSC template will I run into playback problems? If I use the PAL template will I be able to play the file on my NTSC system?
I hope that some one can offer some advice.
Thanks![]()
