I don't think you will find many because if companies advertised prices for dealers, then everyone and their mothers wold say they are dealers. Typically you'll have to find a wholesale dealer to buy from. Usually they operate with other companies, and the only way to get to them is to buy their information from other companies. But there may be other ways to do this, but they may be more expensive in the long run.

To get dealer prices you need a vat number (in the UK) i.e if your a dealer you dont pay tax on what you buy these are dealer prices.
you need to be a registered dealer with a VAT number to get dealer prices.

Contact another dealer, and ask them. That's how I did it (old business, long time ago, don't ask).
