  1. i would like to pull off some still frames from some of the video that i capture from self shot video. i use WMM and capture on its highest setting. i then go into TMPGEnc and use the copy current frame to clipboard option. when i try and past that image into photoshop, i do a Ctrl+N for a new document. it comes up with the new document dimentions of 720 x 480, which is the size of my image, but it says that the resoultion is 72DPI. i am going to be using these images for print, so i know that 72DPI is too low. if i change the resolution to 300DPI, the image is way too small. is there another way to get high quality stills?

I use 'Paint Shop Pro' but this should work in Photoshop as well.
Just open a blank document as 720x480x300dpi and paste the captured frame into it. The resulting picture should retain the 300dpi setting without affecting the size.
