You all probably know me by now do if someone can answer this question, you might be able to encode a movie as long as 2 hrs using a bitrate as high as 1500 with no blocks on 1 CD!!!!
Here is question-
I know that changing the vbv buffer size effects file size.
The standard when using automatic, tmpgenc uses 40. If i were to set it at 20, would it lower the quality of the video or if it did or didnt do that, would increasing the bitrate make the quality better?
See i thought that if i lower the it to 20, then raise the bitrate high, it will produce no different effect.
If anyone can answer any of these questions, it will be GREATLY appreciated and to come, the worlds first high quality longest movie at 1500 bitrate+
