    Is there a free program to join many short WMV and/or ASX video clips in to one long clip?

    I have tried ULead Movie Maker 5, but, these files won't load into the "storyboard"

    Any advice would be useful

    Windows Media Encoder (free from M$) may be your best bet. However, you can't un-install it and it will break some DivX audio and video codecs.

    How do you use Windows Media Encoder to join WMV and ASX files?

    I have both Windows Media Encoder 7 and 8 and I can't seem to do it
