i am using procoder to encode m2v file....the software create 2 files
1 is the video and one is the audio (nice if you want to edit the sound)
i have used mpgenc to nux them to one but the software would not except the wav file (wrong format or something)
is there other programs that can do that?

bbMPEG is a great muxer. Though as with any muxing program, you have to convert your .wav file to an .mp2 first, THEN mux them. Fire up TMPGEnc, select the .wav file as your audio source, then choose "Audio Only", configure your settings, and click start.
THEN load the mpv and mp2 files into a muxer.
