    Hi All,
    Well, followed all the rules. Am getting an error in Tmp...(newest version) "pgm performed illegal operation and will be shut down". Went in and increased priority on Direct Show Media. Still get the error.
    Re: Nero evaluation - when I attempted to burn what I thought was an SVCD I had made (HA HA) I got a message from Nero as to what was incorrect.
    First, how do I correct the error msg problem and secondly, how do I edit to comply with what Nero has given me?

    Use VCDEasy to burn cue/bin image. also use it to create svcd from mpeg file. Its a far superior program!

    Ok, but I am trying to convert an avi movie to SVCD. The movie is stored on my hard drive in parts 1 and 2. Is VCDeasy still your "final answer"? LOL.

    p.s. I can't believe how stupid I feel. I have been working on and reading things for days now. Soon I hope to really make a SVCD.
