HI, I need a program/video player to evalueta video quality using SS-method.

If you know a program for this purpose great, if I cannot find this I need a video player that I can modify.

I would need atleast it to support playlists so that the next video on the playlist won't be played automatically, but when the user pushes a button. It would be also need to show a blank screen between videos. If you can recommend a player I would be really pleased and even more happy if you can give instrucitons how to set up the player to do the things I wished.
