    This is a strange problem. It only happens after I reboot or turn on the computer from a cold start. When capturing from my VCR none of my capture programs will capture the video untill I start neodvd first then all of the other capture programs will work. Virturaldub, video studio etc. Does NEODVD have some kind of driver that is turning it on?
