How to add an intro vid to an already authored dvd?

I have a dvd that is already authored and everything, but I would like to add a little intro video that plays first. Is it possible to add it to the VIDEO_TS folder and change the ifo with ifoedit without ripping and reencoding the whole thing?

YEah sure, just name the intro video Intro.mpg and put it in the Video_ts folder, then it will play that first

No, there is no way to do that without re-authoring the Disc.

It can be possible actually..if you already have a video_ts.vob file then you can delte that and replace it with your own file..just rename it video_ts.vob.
