    Guys I am curious about what are you using for audio with TMPG to improve the sound ?

  2. well if your using the newist version the default is fine however u can use lame to encode your audio do a search on the fourm for "lame encoder"

  3. Thank you for fast reply. I just didn't mention that I want to convert from dv Avi to mpeg 2 for dvd compatibility.

    In case you weren't familiar with the settings, you plugin the Lame encoder (and SSRC if you want to resample your audio) under the OPTIONS | ENVIRONMENTAL | EXTERNAL TOOL setting in TMPGenc. You output will sound much better using an external encoder for audio. You can find them all in the TOOLS section.
