  1. Hello,

I am working on a project, but I have a small section in the video where the main audio track has a second commentary/narriation audio track on top of it. You can hear both tracks at the same time.

Is there a way to remove the second (commentary/narriation) track, so that the end result is just the one main audio track?

    THANKS!!!!!!

is it just one audio track in the video file? or an avi, dvd, etc with several switchable audio tracks?

if just one audio track with mixed stereo channels it is very difficult to remove added narrations sounds.

  3. It appears to be one audio track in the video file. The file is in .VOB format right now. I can demux it though, but I don't know if that will make a difference in terms of what format the file is in.

  4. Does anyone know if "Audacity" or "Wave Pad" will do this trick?

    Thanks!

It there is only one audio track there is only one audio track. Some kind of fancy filtering may remove (most of) the voiceover, but it won't be an easy task.
