Hi,
I'm looking for dvd ripping software that can rip specific segments off DVDs rather than whole chapters. Right now I am using SmartRipper and then taking out the scenes I need with DVD2AVI, but it would be so much faster if I could just rip the specific scenes to begin with. Is there anything out there that can do this?
Thanks,
Kristin

Hello,
Yes, dvdshrink can. Here's a snapshot of how to do it. I used the film UHF as the test object. You can select as short of a clip as you want without being forced to use the actual chapter.
You open the disc. Choose reauthor mode. Select the main movie. Then click the start/end button to choose which scene you want to copy.
