Title says it all I suppose...
Basically it breaks down like this. I have my .m2v file that I encoded with TMPG and I have my .ac3 audio file that I also externally encoded. I add both of these into Ulead and everything is out of sync. Now I know for a fact that the files in question are encoded and synced properly. I've used them and others a dozen times in TMPGEnc DVD Author without a problem. But for some reason Ulead is messing these files up somehow. Obviously it must be doing something to them for some crazy reason. I'm using Workshop 2 with the most up to date patch.
Here are the specs on the audio and video files...
Video
Format - Mpeg-2 .m2v
FrameRate - 29.970
Audio
Format - Dolby Digital AC3
Channels - 2
Sample Rate - 48000
Bit Rate - 256
Any help would be much appreciated.

Anybody have any suggestions?
I even tried playing around with Disc Template Manager and tried letting Ulead convert it to mp2, as well as using .wav files. No matter what it's always out of sync -
What was the original file? DV capture, avi, mpeg? Is it in sync in the original?

Figure it out last night actually...
Ulead Workshop seems to have a problem with the "3/2 pulldown when playback" when you encode something in TMPG.
