I wonder is it possible to do something about an AVI-file that has the sound recorded/encoded? basicly in the left "speaker" only, i can hear a small sound in my headphones from the right "channel" allso
but i would like to have this file 50/50 on both sides, is there any known tool thath can achieve this?
its only this file thath is like this offcorse, just to clear thath it is not my headphones thath are failingso it sems like this files audio have been recorded/encoded(i dont know what therm i shall use) like this from the beggining
im not good in audio-therms as you can hear, so dont take them 100% i just hope you understand what i mean basicly

Open the avi with Goldwave.
Copy the left to the right channel or make it mono.
Save as wav or mp3.
Use virtualdubmod to add the new audio to the avi file under streams->streams list.
Select Video->Direct Stream Copy.
Last File->Save as a new avi. -

Have you opened the avi? and you see that one track is silent?
Then you can save it to mono directly under File->Save as and select Save as type: MP3 and select Layer 3 128kbits mono under Attributes. -
1)Download the following and unzip.
process.zip
2)Copy your AVI file into the same folder as your unzipped app
3) RENAME your AVI to INPUT.AVI - If everything is correct, your folder will look like this:
ffmpeg.exe
pthreadGC2.dll
process.bat
input.avi
4) Double click on Process.bat Your "fixed" file will be called output.avi -
