Hello
I've installed the 64-bit version of the DirectShow filter "MPC video renderer".
I'm also using the 64-bit versions of GraphEdit and GraphStudioNext.
But with either of them, I can't play an MP4 file with this renderer.
When I press Play, GraphEdit doesn't open a video rendering window.
Yet the cursor moves as if it's playing the file.
If I use the EVR or MADvr renderer, or even VMR9, everything works.
The application I'm developing uses the IVideoWindow interface to display the video.
But it doesn't work any better. The screen remains black. I use the same code when using the MADvr Renderer,
and it works perfectly.
Perhaps the approach needs to be different with the MPC Renderer.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there.
Sadly it seems that this problem won't be fixed anytime soon. Aleksoid1978 says the bug or design-flaw is in GraphEdit & GraphStudio themselves; OTOH, he hasn't said a word about a possible solution (or workaround) — which is weird, because he IS a highly-skilled programmer
