Can I download from ARDMEDIATHEK?

I have been trying for about 6 hours now. It is a 7329.7 MB file, but every time I think I have downloaded it , it stops just before it reaches the full size. My record is 0.1 Mb short: 7329.6 Has is to do with the fact that I do not live in Germany? I used a site, which I thought would do it for me: https://4kdownloadguru.com/how-to-download-ardmediathek-videos/ I found other ways, but those only allow me to download in small sizes and not so good quality.
