    I have a 45 min or so long .avi file that is encoded with xvid and I just want to extract a 5 min or so section out of it and save it as a seperate file? Anyone know of a util that willd do this with the Xvid? I tried AVI Splitter http://www.boilsoft.com/videosplitter/ and it works for divx but not xvid as I need.

    If anyone knows what will work I'd really appreciate it. Thanks.
