I am trying to author a Divx I recently got and am having issues. The video information is here below
I am using this tutorial that I found here. The issue I am having is with the video scrolling vertically when I play it in my DVD player.
The tutorial seems well layed out but I was wondering if there is somehting in there that is incorrect? Can someone take a quick look and let me know if anything in the steps for my particular project (PAL) seems off?
Thanks

Nope, seems like good source material for a PAL DVD, and the guide you've followed ought to produce good results too.

The video properties that were suppose to be in the first post are below... Sorry...

Here is some more information that I wrote to a buddy trying to help me with the issue.
1) This is happening on the final DVD
2) It is happening in the standalone player (Pioneer 5 disc).
3) I can't remember if there was an issue on the PC DVD. If there wasn't what does that mean
4) The source file does not do it.
I was thinking this morning that it might have to do with the aspect ratio that I chose in TMPEnc under the video tab. There was two entries, 16:9 Display Video and 16:9 PAL. I chose 16:9 Display Video. I am wondering now if I should have chosen 16:9 PAL. I will try that tonight.
I have been wrestling with this for a while now and am starting too loose steam.
