winoncd pe 3.8- extended editor

1+able thanx for coming here,
now i have searched this whole data base, found some questins but got lost, you guys have told me if i have winoncd pe, i can make interactive maenu's just like dvd, ok i get that, but how, do you choose video cd icon or video cd extended, i want to have 4 pictures on a menu, wihic i can select with arrow keys in other words what if i don't want to push #buttons, you know how you move arond with arow keys on dvd player, can i do that with vcd or i have to push # buttons to select that part that i want to play and how do create a vcd which only has one big file but if i set markers i can pick parts from that file when i play back, how is that done.

comeon you guys know this stuff, how do one burn a cd with just one big file but is able to pick different points of the move in the menu page, how do you tell the menu to play certin parts of the film

You cannot do precisely what you want to do with WINONCD PE.

The menus you can create are not ineractive, you can select individual clips using the numeric buttons on your DVD remote.

You cannot use that program to link to chapter points.

i believe VIDEO PACK 4 allows this but so I suggest you look for posts on that subject - and perhaps I-Author.
