    Hi, When using TMPGenc, in the last stage, when you click on "begin output" I get an error message saying "stream reading error", what have I done wrong?

    From waht are you trying to encode? What's your source?

    Use AVICodec or GSpot to get the required info and post it (video and audio) here...

    Also, have you looked at this:
