    thanks guys but i have read about some revisions of TY 4x dvd+r?
    does it matter i do not know what revision are those?

  6. I just ordered those on Thursday and should have them this week sometime. Price wasn't bad since they have cases, but the shipping was a bit of a killer (almost $20). These are the first Taiyo's I've bought so I'm hoping my Denon 2200 will like them. I was using Ritek, but the last batch the Denon did not like for some reason.

    the last 10,000 or so i burned were ok , i had one bad one i seem to recall and i think it was another case where i was using firewire harddrives same time i was burning to dual firewire duplicators ..

    There is a revision 00 and a revision 01 but the latter I've only seen Plextor branded media using. Revision 01 is supposedly of higher quality and some burners allows only revision 01 to be "overspeeded" to 8x but the usual revision 00 is still very good media too.
