    How do I turn my 202 minutes movie into best quality svcd or xsvcd ?? I´m willing to use 3 cd´s.

    You will need more than 3 cdrs for this lenth.

    Using a bitrate of 2496kps video and 224kps audio, 202 minutes will need about 6 cdr80 discs.

    I wanna fit the movie on 3 cd´s with most possible quality, my dvdplayer supports xsvcd so that is no problem.

    It is possible or not, it depends on lots of things.
    What a source file do you have?
    If avi, which codec?
    source aspect ratio (frame size)
    source bitrate
    ..etc, etc, everything. More details please.

    video at 1436 kbps (average for VBR) and audio at 192 kbps should make it fit on 3x80.

    Exactly, this bitrate is definitely too low for DivX to SVCD conversion. For low resolution XVCD it might be enough.
