  1. I have an .m1v file produced by tmpgenc and and mp2 file also by tmpenc.

    The audio was out of sync on the original mpg file what is the best application to manualy get them back in sync, and how is it done ??

    Try to multiplex with bbMPEG.
    Maybe the video framerate does not match the audio sample rate. What are the specs of the .m1v and .mp2?

    The Video is standard VCD pal at 25fps and the originak DVD rip was cocked up, so I can split to m1v and mp2 drom the .dat conversion but i need a product that gives me some manual control as to syncing them in properly

    Well, multiplex with bbMPEG. At the program stream setting tab you can define the video/audio startup delay.
    Hope you did not do a framerate conversion.

    yes I did form ntsc 29 down to pal 25 does this make a difference ? (I guess it does)

  7. If you did a framerate conversion, it can stuff many things up -- including the fact that your video and audio may no longer be the same length...
