Ok after I editted my vid, I rendered it to vcd then it created it. I can watch the vid and everything. Now my problem is that I deleted all the vegas files and everything that was part of the vid; so now when I go to vegas and click the file it made, it comes out and you can play it on vegas, and you can play it in media player but when you go to burn it, it gives you a message saying some files associated with this are missing, so it doesnt burn correctly, and when I go to put it in my dvd player it doesnt show.

I've never made a VCD with Vegas, but I assume it's VCD compliant. In that case go ahead and burn the MPEG-1 file with Nero as Video CD. It should work. If it's not VCD compliant Nero will complain.

One thing I would advise is to never delete the project files you made to create the video and such, because oftentimes some authoring and burning programs will refer to the original work files from your project to make the burn correctly.
