burn quality:
ok now unforutanely kprobe is only for liteon dvd burners.
Is there any other programs that do PI/PIF scans, dvd info pro says "current drive is not suitable"
Is Dvd Info Pro's CRC Read Error Test" a suitable alternative to PI/PIF scanning?
Data Integrity:
so my main question is what options do I have on scanning a disc for errors, or to compare the burn on a disc the original data on the hard disk. Now I know Nero does the latter in "Data Verification"
now is "data verification" option in Nero and Decrypter good enough.
Am I wasting my time? (nero takes 15 mins to verify!)
I am currently backing up the vast amount of dvds i have downloaded since the beginning of the summer, since i started getting dvd's and using newsgroups I have bought 700 gigs of hardrives (1 terabyte total)
thanks for any tips
