    Hello,

You could do some reading first:

    https://www.videohelp.com/guides

    But:

Dvdshrink to rip just a scene to harddrive in vob format. Virtualdubmpeg2 to convert to divx.

Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw?

    If in doubt, Google it.

Does the newest version of DVDShrink still mess up the audio if you do not take the whole chapter?

  5. Hey Yoda,

Thanks for the quick response and the helpful advice. I could do without the wise guy editorializing, though. I would not be surprised if the answer to all questions are on the forum somewhere; but then what fun would it be not to get a response from such lovely members out there in cyberspace?

    Hello,

I did answer the question. Also, converting the files will take time depending on the speed of your computer. Good luck and ask back if something pops up.

Just a friendly piece of advice:

A lot of questions have been asked 1000's of times. Due to this, a number of guides have been created to show you how to do almost anything with video (I'm sure there's even a guide here that shows you the proper way to take a leak - you MUST be 18+ to see it though ). Generally, it may take 1 or more days for someone to answer your question, whereas with a little selective reading, you may find the answer you need in 5 minutes, so it pays to be proficient using both methods.

BTW, most wise guy comments are playful here; try to take them in the spirit they're intended
    If in doubt, Google it.
