Here we go again. I need to buy a capture card to convert VHS to VCD. I've read up and am comfortable with the conversion, burning aspect. However, all the posts I've read requesting advice on which capture card to purchase have dealt more with software (conversion, etc.). Can someone please advise me as to which capture card to buy based strictly on capture quality (I don't care about the format, I can convert if necessary) for under $200.00? I'm running a Thunderbird 1600 with 256 mb DDR. Any help would be appreciated.
