autorun vcd's how to make?

I'm just wondering if it's possible to make Autorun Vcd's? By autorun I mean if you put the vcd in your computer it starts playing. I would be using Vcd Cutter I can put the exe file and support files on the disc and it loads but I don't know how to code the autorun.inf file to play the dat file on the VCD. Any suggestions would be helpful. If anyone knows of a better way I'm also open to that as well.
