Hi all,
I am using Premier to capture from my Panasonic DV-601. I can edit it and such, but everytime when I encode it to another format, the video becomes wavy. It's especially bad when objects are moving, I can see lines around the outline. I tried encoding to DivX, Mpeg1, Mpeg2, I also tried with Virtualdub and TMPGenc, all with similar results. Is there a setting that I have to choose? What am I doing wrong? Please help, thanks.
Try StreamFab Downloader and download from Netflix, Amazon, Youtube! Or Try DVDFab and copy Blu-rays!
