Ok I cant seem to find what the difference is between these two printers, and people seem to use them interchangebly. So what is the real difference between them? And why is the R300 worth $70 more? Thanks.

The R300 has a media card reader. Apart from that the printers are the same.

And a small LED display that you can use for print previeews, other than that they are the same printer.
-
Too sum it up:
The R300 allows you to print directly from your camera's memory card
and preview them on a tiny LCD screen prior to printing - no computer needed.
The R200 allows you to load camera images via a front usb port,
there is no memory card reader, there is no LCD screen and
a computer is needed to print the images.
