    What is the difference between the variable and the constant rate option in dvd2one, and when would you use each one?

    one would think VR would offer better quality than CR. the vendor suggests CR for longer movies. go figure.... Have tried both and could not see any difference in PowerDVD. but i use VR just for the hell of it.

    Varible - Old style good for full disc
    Constant - New good for movie only especially for long movies(2+)
