    Hello,
Use dvdshrink or another transcoder and choose ALL REGION. Then burn the video_ts folder. You shouldn't have any issues since your keeping it pal (your just lifting the region restriction).

  3. Just rip the DVD with DVDDecrypter and reburn.
make sure the setting in DVDDecrypter is set to region free.

  5. Sorry, I just realized DVDDecrypter does not have all region setting.
Just select region 2 in your case.

One note to that, if it's a dual layer disc (ie larger than 4.7gb) you need to shrink it. In that case use a transcoder from the start. If it's a single layer (4.7gb or less) then you can just use dvd decrypter and then burn.

Doesn't it have a region 0 setting?? If so choose that one to make it all region, otherwise just use a transcoder and select ALL REGION as I mentioned earlier.
