  1. Hi!
I recently bought a Dansai dvdplayer, capable f playing ANYTHING and it's regionfree from the beginning.

    My question is:
    1. When I am playing mp3 I can't se the track number (it's my first dvd with mp3 playback)?

    2. I've downloaded a minidvdclip (from this site) it worked but it didn't start automaticlly i was forced to select the clip in "smart navi" the same as with mp3. But when it played I couldn't se the TRACK, TRACKTIME or anything like with a DVD MOVIE, although the DVD act like it was or almost was a original DVD MOVIE.
Can anyone help me, or got the same strange behavior....

    THX!

  2. I have the same DVD player and you must select the MP3 root directory from the NAVI using your TV.... once that has been selected use the foward and back keys on the remote to change tracks (Turn the TV off if you wish) the 852 should display the track number on its LCD readout for the track that is currently playing...... Great Machine !!!!!

  3. Hi!
I did what you told me to. I still can't get the tracknumber. I got all the songs in the root folder, is this the problem? I've only got playingtime.

On the DVD box there is something about double filenames what does that mean?

  4. You will only get the relevant track number on the DVD's LCD read-out.... including playing time for the particular track playing.... the order in which your machine plays the mp3's is Alphabetical... i.e Artist name/trackname will be stored on the CDR in this order.... I hope this has helped.... cause I aint got any more ideas

  5. Hi, again

Maybe there something wrong with my player!?

On the display there is playingtime and a circle shifting colors to the left of the numbers.

On the "smart navi" I can see the track number that's the only way

Can it be my burning software? I am using Nero 5.5 (think it's the beta version)

Maybe i've got another BIOS version, which do you have?
To check Version press: setup, stop, prev, next

    I have: V25J01109
