    how can i convert .idx & .sub subtitle files to .sup format so i can author in ifoedit.
    if this cannot be done how can i encode/author the idx & sub file to dvd from avi using the tools i have ie: vdub, canopus, tmpeg, ifoedit,tmpeg dvd author
