amusing indeed. woner if we get a lots of hits because of the article? it's always intersting to see someone struggle with what are basic concepts for us.
she's right of course, you do need a different bit of software for everything, at least if you want decent results

I want to know if she is a registered member and if so what is here username?
-
Sound like she just read a few articles on the site and decided that it was too much agro.

like so many others have done and the post w/ the subject as HELP ME PLEASEOriginally Posted by VCDHunter
Every time I see a post like that I want to start yelling. Its really not that hard people as long as you can read and are not lazy. -
Her problem stems from the fact that she's using a Hauppauge card. IF she'd got a Nebula, there would have been no problem! Also she needs PVAstrumento to change the TS into a PS before TMPG will accept it. Thats it, I'm rambling again!!

Hey! I'm using a Hauppauge card! You don't see me posting stupid crap! Ok, I mean outside of Off Topic.....Originally Posted by energy80s

The article is accurate, even more so for today.
I'd hate to be just starting this hobby/business/insanity of DV

She is now, anyway.Originally Posted by VCDHunter

Well....I didn't say I don't have any problems with it, I just said I don't post any stupid crap.Originally Posted by thayne
Actually, I really don't have any problems with it except that it causes a problem with the preview in MM2. Since I rarely use MM2, it's not that big a deal.
