Like everything in life, majority rules. it's 100% socially acceptable to break the speed limit in good weather, and i do so every day. last time someone in the area was killed in a motor vehicle accident was about two years ago. he drove head first into a goal post at about 20 miles an hour not wearing a crash helmet.

Speed is a contributor to damage in an accident, but doesn't actually -cause- accidents, except in one situation i can think of. when someone is going fast and someone pulls out in front of them, but it's still not the speed that causes the accident, it's poor observation.

That is a one shot deal and it's over. No no...that's not how I work. Long drawn out restitution over an extended period is more my style. Of couse not! I said I would shoot someone if they attacked me. LOL I would never shoot someone for pissing me off, flashing their lights, flipping me off, etc. I thought I was clear on that. The whole thing came up when someone said if they saw me at a red light he would get XXXXX out of the back of his truck and beat my ass. In that case, hell yeah I'd shoot his ass!
