  1. Some people had reported problems getting this working, but I was able to get it installed with no problems.

Hopefully this info will help someone:

    Dell Precision 420 workstation
    Windows 2000 Professional SP2

    Installed DirectX 8.x patches.
Installed version 4.0.2 drivers from cdrom.
    Installed 4.0.2b patch from pinnaclesys.com
    Installed PCTV app.

I was able to watch and capture video with the bundled software as well as with VirtualDub. Not too bad for $40.

I was able to capture with the bundled PCTV utility as well as VirtualDub.

  4. I was able to install without problems, but when I tried capturing using VirtualDub, there was no option to capture in 352x240 resolution, instead I only see 352x288, 640x480
    and some smaller resolutions.
    Any suggestions?
