i have downloaded an uncopyrighted video clip but it has stopped downloading at 99.9%.
Is there anyway that I can burn the clip even though it is unfinished downloading.
Thanks

its an xvid but there isnt anyone online now and hasnt been for along time that has the full clip now.
i think that it might be my only option to continue with just 99.9% of the file but is it that hard to do. could someone explain how i do it.
many thanks -

There's something quick and dirty you could try. I've done this a grand total of twice, it worked both times: Load file in VirtualDub- it'll complain about the file and offer to rewrite the header. Now for all I know
Direct Stream Copy would work, but what I did was: Audio> Full Processing Mode> Compression> No Compression >Video >Full Processing Mode >Compression >XVID MPEG-4 Codec >Configure >Load Defaults >OK >File >Save as AVI. Wait until VirtualDub is finished. The file should now be usable. (Fingers crossed)
Good Luck.
