i encoded the mpeg1 video file with xmpeg, and the CCE 2.62 premiere plugin.

the audio i saved to wav, then encoded with toolame

when trying to multiplex with bbMPEG, i get an error:
file d:\blah.m1v is not a 11172-2 or 13818-2 video stream.
