    Well,Im gonna get one of them
    the most important fact is capturing in both Pal and Ntsc without any problem,and surfing channels in both systems without a problem
    also audio/video quality is important

    which one should I get ?

    Get the Hauppauge, has much better support on Multi Operatin Systems, and more driver support then the Fly TV 98, crap card!
