  1. Love the new version, espeically the smartsounds. But I have runinto a problem! When you do a crossfade, the audio from the first clip plays through the entire transition then once the transition ends the audio from the second clip abruptly starts! The exact same problem occurred with VS7 at first, and a patch was created to solve it. I would really like to know if someone either can figure out a quick fix (eg what did the patch in VS7 do, and can it be done manually) or if anyone knows when Ulead will release a patch for this (hopefully as quickly as possible)! Just I eed to use theis transition a lot, as I am sure a lot of video editors do, ad I am gettign behind in my work, as I can;t figure out how to bypass it (a manual fade-in/fade-out for eveer clip with a cross fade does not solve it)!

I would make a copy of the audio from both clips, load each into Gold Wave, copy the second clip and Crossfade it into the first. Save the new clip, mute the original video's audio and use the new audio file as the Project's audio.
    Hello.

  3. Thanks for your help, but I'm going to sound incredibly lazy here, but I would have to do that hundreds of times for each clip (most scenes are about a minute long), I was wondering if there was a quicker solution such as an update to an ini file, a third party patch, etc! I hope I don;t sound ungrateful, I am, just it would be impractical to edity a whole video that way!
