    hey im having a real time trying to find a good audio editing tool to convert a wav from ntsc to pal... whether the tool automatically converts from ntsc to pal or whether you have to do it by converting the length of the track in seconds etc.... i dont care, i just want it to keep the quality with no reductions...

    i was told maybe besweet would be a tool to use?

    and im only looking for a tool that isnt going to cost me anything to keep using...

    aiight cool... does anyone now of a guide to using it for these purposes? i have had a look but cant find anything aimed at doing this... cos i wanted to keep the file a wav file... i saw one guide but it was for converting to mp2...

    All you need to do is select the preset, then select wav output like this:



    EDIT: Note that I have NTSC as being 23.976. You'll need to select 29.97 if indeed that's what your video's frame rate is.

    I've never used Audacity but I don't believe it has ready-made NTSC-PAL presets. Try them both if you like. I could be wrong.
