  1. Newegg has Maxell's now. These are legit Maxell factory part numbers...usually means MXLRG02's. Somebody verify? Picture on the 25 packs are that ugly yella top...

I see they carry the printable shiney's....but no white matte.....or naked geek

Prices aren't outstanding...but Newegg is, no doubt, one of the best online retailers around.

I just received a spindle of these discs from NewEgg.

They are genuine Maxells with a media code of MXLRG02.

  4. Too bad they sold out of them all in 2 days.....

I have yet to find "fakes" or "rebranded" Maxell 4x media....all MXL's

(but that is always subject to change)

  5. I say watch out the quality. Hope it is not the same factures that produced those "fake" maxell discs back in 2003. Those maxell disc I once bought from Shop4tech worked great, but only sucks that found out those were fake maxell. Guess what?? After few month under the sun, the dye completly faded.

  8. DVD-BLUES...

I think you'll be pleasantly surprised....

I've burned whites, silvers and yellows equally well...jewel case and bulk...Kprobe's are oddly consistent across the board with MXL's.
