I've installed Windows XP Professional and now my tv card doesnt seem 2 work properly. I've downloaded some new drivers from askey, and it detects all the stuff (Video capture/audio capture etc.), but I cant run TView99 in overlay mode, so it runs at a really shitty frame rate and nothing seems 2 work properly. any suggestions?? thnx.

Have you tried other TV viewing programs?
It sounds like the drivers worked, but you need a new TV viewing app. Maybe DScaler would work, or a demo of WinDVR.
Or you can try btwincap and see if it supports your card. It's a generic capture board driver (open source too), you can find it on sourceforge.
It could also be the drivers for your regular VGA card that are causing it. You didn't mention what video card you are using.

Yeah... I'm using a Matrox G400 Video card. It's pretty weird... it says it is in overlay mode.. and runs at an ok frame rate in a window of 320x240, but if I try to get it to full screen, the frame rate goes really looooww. I'll try some of your suggestions.. thnx.
