    I leave the subpicture unchecked on all my dvds but on some of them its putting this generic looking subtitles and its driving me crazy.

    Is there a way to make sure i get no subtitiles what so ever.

    by the way i am using dvdshrink

    do a forum search for forced subs.
    I believe there is a way to get rid of forced subs using ifoedit.

    why would a dvd force subscript when its burned?
