ok..i got sizzle to work once! but now it crashes every time. i've repaired my disk, my permissions, etc.
what could be the problem? i'm trying to burn a 3.09gb dvd.. and it crashes. i have plenty of room on the disk(hd) too.
problem 2, which isnt video related but ties into the sizzle problems.....
i decided to try to use sizzle under 10.2, and to do this i had to install 10.2 on a external hd. but for some reason, the disk wont start up. all i get is the grey apple. ????
any suggestions for these problems?
thanks
alot!

What Mac are you using? If it is a model that shipped with 10.3 it probably won't boot in 10.2. If you hold down the option key at startup does this other drive show up as one of the startup options?Originally Posted by gr8fl4295

i have an older g4 powerbook (800mhz).
i'm trying to install on an external firewire drive.
i've got 2 external FW drives, one with 10.3 and one with 10.2 (now).
i hold the option key down and yes i can see the drives as bootable drives. but when i select the drive that has 10.2, it acts like it wants to start up, giving me a light grey screen and a dark grey apple, but sits there with no twrilly progress thingy.
